Head of Treasury

Brewer Morris is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Treasury to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the group's liquidity and cash management, ensuring optimal levels of bank accounts and online technology usage.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve treasury processes and systems, identifying areas for efficiency and cost savings.
  • Manage cash pooling and cross-border sweep setups, maximizing liquidity structures and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the management of domestic and cross-border intercompany loans, maintaining loan documentation and ensuring appropriate interest rates.
  • Support refinancing projects and manage facility draw downs and repayment.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with debt providers and rating agencies, ensuring timely and accurate provision of management information.
  • Drive process improvements and efficiencies across treasury workstreams, adding value, improving visibility, and reducing risk.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a treasury function, with a strong background in liquidity and cash management.
  • Proven track record of ownership and leadership in treasury operations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact proactively with business units and the wider finance team.
  • Desire to make a positive impact and drive change within the organization.
