Project Quantity Surveyor - Rail

Invision Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a leading construction company to fill this exciting opportunity for a Project Quantity Surveyor to work on a flagship rail project.

This project involves the demolition of an old prison and the construction of a new residential development with over 1000 units. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Conducting monthly progress meetings with the site team and subcontractors
  • Organising pre-start meetings with relevant subcontractors
  • Distributing tender documentation to subcontractors
  • Analysing subcontractor tender packages
  • Awarding subcontractor packages
  • Preparing and reviewing Cost Value Reconciliations (CVRs) on a monthly basis
