Photography Instructor

Job Description:

Lift Schools is seeking a talented Photography Instructor to join our team at Winton Community Academy. As a key member of our Art and Design department, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning experiences that inspire and challenge our students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of our students
• Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve their work
• Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and develop innovative approaches to teaching and learning

Requirements:

We are looking for an experienced educator who is passionate about teaching and learning. The ideal candidate will have a degree in a relevant subject, such as Fine Art or Photography, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A strong understanding of child development and learning theories is essential, as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a comprehensive pension scheme, generous holiday entitlement, and opportunities for professional development.
