Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team in Hertfordshire, working with older adults with mental health and/or organic impairment. This is a part-time role based in Hertford, with opportunities for career progression and professional development.
Key Responsibilities- Complete occupation-based assessments and treatments for older adults with mental health and/or organic impairment.
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote independence and well-being.
- Provide education and training to staff and service users on occupational therapy principles and practices.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of occupational therapy services and policies.
