About the Role

We are working with a Specialist SEND School in Enfield who are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join their team.

The Role

As a Support Worker, you will be working with pupils who have a range of special educational needs, including Autism, ADHD, Dyslexia, Epilepsy, Physical disabilities, hearing impairments, and visual impairments.

You will be supporting pupils in groups and on a 1:1 basis, and may be involved in personal care aspects of the role.

The School

The School is a innovative special needs School for children and young people aged 4-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties.

Pupils will follow an individualised curriculum and be stimulated and challenged to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support pupils with special educational needs in a group and 1:1 setting
  • Assist with personal care aspects of the role
  • Work with pupils to develop their skills and abilities
  • Collaborate with the teaching team to deliver individualised curriculum
