We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director to lead our Manchester office and drive business growth. As a Tele-Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of 80+ sales consultants, ensuring they achieve individual and team targets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading daily morning meetings to inspire the team, prepare for a successful sales day, and identify areas for improvement
  • Managing team performance, including call monitoring and providing regular reports to senior management
  • Fostering a results-driven environment, with a focus on maintaining a minimum of 2 hours of talk time on the phone daily
  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business goals

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of tele-sales management experience
  • Proven track record of growing a business and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Natural ability to build rapport with others and lead by example
