Responsibilities:

In this role, you will:

  • Develop robust PHP code to build new features of varying complexity, ensuring high-quality and maintainable codebases.
  • Investigate and resolve complex bugs, maintaining and refactoring existing codebases to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Offer assistance on technical support queries, providing timely and effective solutions to our users.
  • Share your unique knowledge and experience with the development team through code reviews and technical discussions, driving best practices and innovation.
  • Consider and implement security and performance best practices in all code you produce, ensuring the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Enhance the user experience by making thoughtful suggestions and improvements to projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
  • Collaborate with our development team to create powerful and scalable PHP applications, leveraging your expertise to drive business growth and success.

Requirements :

  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
  • At least 3 years of experience with PHP and Laravel, with a deep understanding of various development approaches and design patterns.
  • Proficiency in automated testing (PHPUnit, feature tests, etc.).
  • High standards and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Receptive to feedback and open to new ideas, with a collaborative mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and creatively to overcome challenges.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive results and deliver exceptional outcomes.
