Electrical Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Worcester, Malvern, and Droitwich. As an Electrical Maintenance Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering day-to-day electrical repairs, fault finding, maintenance, installation, and compliance work, including Inspection and Testing and completion of EICRs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver electrical repairs, maintenance, and installation work in a domestic setting
  • Conduct fault finding and diagnostic work to identify and resolve electrical issues
  • Perform Inspection and Testing and complete EICRs as required
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver refurbished kitchens and bathrooms
  • Provide excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Be organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively
Requirements:
  • Served an apprenticeship in Electrical or obtained an equivalent NVQ L3 & City & Guilds L3 in Electrical installation, commissioning, and certification
  • City and Guilds or equivalent in testing and inspection
  • 18th Edition regulation
  • AM2
  • Sound experience in delivering a range of electrical work and services in a domestic setting
  • Experience of working in property maintenance for a social Landlord, Housing Association, or Council
  • Full driving licence
  • DBS check required

We offer a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, with the opportunity to earn additional income from the out-of-hours rota.
