Role Summary
As Store Performance Leader at The Range, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales growth and improving store performance across our network of retail locations. Key Accountabilities
- Drive sales growth and improve store performance through effective leadership and motivation of retail teams

- Identify areas for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance store performance and customer satisfaction
