Job Description:

You will be responsible for supporting the General Manager in leading a high-performing team, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. With a focus on sustainability and using only the freshest ingredients, you will have the opportunity to work with world-class sustainable seafood.


The ideal candidate will have at least one year's experience in a similar hospitality environment, with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional results. You will be confident, outgoing, and able to motivate and train staff to achieve high standards.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the General Manager in leading the team and achieving business objectives
  • Ensure excellent customer service and a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives
