Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Psychiatrist to join our dynamic team in Northampton. As a Senior Brain Injury Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and delivering up-to-date treatments for patients with acquired/traumatic brain injury and dementia.

About the Role

You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to provide specialist services and achieve the best outcomes for our patients. This will involve developing and delivering individualized treatment plans, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, and contributing to the development of innovative services.

Requirements
  • Degree in Psychiatry or equivalent qualification.
  • Experience in working with patients with complex needs, particularly those with acquired/traumatic brain injury and dementia.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, as required.
