We're seeking a talented Shift Supervisor to join our team at Starbucks. As a leader, you'll be responsible for creating a positive and productive work environment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead shifts and manage store operations, ensuring seamless execution of daily tasks and activities.
  • Coach and develop team members to achieve their full potential, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying opportunities to drive growth and optimize store performance.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.
