Job Title: Seasonal Waiting Staff
About the Role:
We are seeking a Seasonal Waiting Staff to join our team at Venture Hotels. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that every guest has a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customers with a warm welcome and ensure that their needs are met throughout their visit.
- Know the menu inside out and offer recommendations to customers.
- Greet, serve food, and look after customers whilst they dine with us.
- Assist the bar in preparing drinks that meet specs and customer expectations.
- Ensure the front of house is always safe, legal, and clean, and any issues are dealt with as quickly and safely as possible.
