About the Role
We're seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Warranty Administrator to join our team at the Arnold Clark Group in Glasgow. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring all warranty paperwork is properly documented and verified.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and process outstanding claims and payments.
- Manage warranty repair orders and maintain accurate records.
- Process invoices using manufacturer procedures and ensure compliance with company policy.
- Ensure parts returns are actioned and documented.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest news from Arnold Clark and manufacturers, and communicate effectively with the team.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- A methodical and proactive approach.
- Strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- The ability to manage your own workload and work independently.
- High levels of organization.
