Job Summary:
This two-year programme is designed to develop your understanding of delivering projects in line with clear objectives and making decisions to manage stakeholder expectations. You will work alongside a multi-skilled team to deliver the project to time, cost, and quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
You will be collaborating with the Project Manager to plan, execute, and monitor projects, ensuring timely completion of project tasks and deliverables. You will be communicating with stakeholders to understand project needs and goals, whilst demonstrating SSE core values. You will work towards developing a clear understanding of safety management systems and best practices along with ensuring project teams align with our safety culture.
What You Will Gain:
Completion of the Trainee Project Management programme can lead to career development within SSEN Transmission as an Assistant Project Manager while you build your experience to progress to become a Project Manager. You will be leading Large Capital Projects, delivering substation, overhead line, and cable projects ranging in value from £10m to £2bn.
