Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize and schedule backfill and reinstatement tasks to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Reschedule jobs that fall out of program to minimize disruptions
  • Manage contract requirements for a range of jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
  • Handle customer inquiries and schedule works, providing excellent communication and customer service
  • Validate job information to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Manage customer and client relationships, building strong partnerships and trust
  • Ensure regulatory information is up-to-date and logged in real-time, with status updates on our internal system
  • Provide flexible and efficient responses to operational issues, maintaining service delivery levels and program works in line with contract requirements
Requirements:
  • Good level of education, with a focus on administrative or customer service skills
  • Previous experience in call handling, scheduling, or customer service
  • Ability to operate a computerized database system, with strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to manage change, with a focus on continuous improvement
