About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating detailed estimates for commercial projects, working closely with designers and subcontractors to ensure accurate project pricing and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with subcontractors, securing bids and managing the selection process.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements and specifications.
  • Analyze project data to identify areas for cost savings and efficiency improvements.


Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in commercial estimating, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality estimates on time.
  • Strong knowledge of construction estimating software, including ProEst and Sage Estimating.
