Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales and customer service targets. As Account Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing a business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, impactful in-store events, and exceptional customer relationship management. Your leadership skills, business acumen, and passion for coaching others will make you the ideal candidate for this role.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires a variable schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and special events. You will work closely with our sales associates to develop their skills, provide personalized customer service, and achieve operational targets. Your ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, analyze sales data, and make informed decisions will be essential to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Create and execute a business plan to drive business growth
* Develop and implement strategies to recruit and retain customers
* Provide exceptional customer service and lead by example
* Analyze sales data to inform business decisions
* Collaborate with sales associates to develop their skills and achieve operational targets

Qualifications:
* Proven retail management experience, preferably within cosmetics
* Ability to provide inspirational and personalized customer service
* Previous business planning experience, including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis, and staff scheduling
* Previous retail operations experience, including inventory and facilities management, cash reconciliation, and retail point-of-sale software
* Proven track record of leading a team to achieve sales and customer service targets
* Experience of creating and executing in-store events
* Ability to work variable hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
