Experienced Accountant Wanted for Aspen Services

We are looking for a seasoned management accountant to join our team at Aspen Services. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of our organization.

About the Position

This is a full-time permanent position that requires a level 3 or 4 AAT qualification or equivalent experience in accounting. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the accounts department, including daily account production, bank account reconciliations, VAT submissions, and project updates.

The ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. They will also be a team-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with the Accounts Assistant and other team members.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Lead the accounts department, including daily account production, bank account reconciliations, VAT submissions, and project updates.
  • Prepare and submit monthly management reports to the Directors.
  • Collaborate with the Accounts Assistant to ensure accurate and timely task completion.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per annum, based on experience.
