We are seeking a dedicated and professional Security Officer to join our team in Liverpool City Centre. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dedicated team ensuring the safety and security of various sites in the area.
The ideal candidate will have a valid SIA licence and a strong commitment to delivering a high standard of service.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the safety and security of the site/building by monitoring access points and patrolling as required.
- Log and record all persons entering and exiting the premises.
- Maintain vigilance and de-escalate situations where conflict may arise.
- Ensure that only authorized individuals gain entry to the premises.
- Work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of service.
- SIA Licence is required.
- Reliable, punctual, and professional in all aspects of the role.
- Strong communication skills to handle situations effectively and with discretion.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Uphold the core values of integrity, vigilance, and professionalism.
- Overtime regularly available for those looking to increase earnings.
- Double time on bank holidays.
- Part of a supportive team with regular visits from mobile supervisors for assistance and guidance.
- Right to work in the UK, 5-year checkable history and pass necessary security vetting such as, Enhanced DBS.
- SIA Licence.
- 2 years security experience (desirable)
- Able to commute to and from site and work weekends.
- Able to resolve problems quickly and with integrity - you will be working with confidential information.
- Great customer service, communication skills with attention to detail.
