Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join our team at Involve Recruitment. As a CNC Machinist, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that components are produced to the highest standards of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Program using Heidenhain control.
  • Setup and operate the Milling Machine efficiently.
  • Monitor Milling machines and oversee work in progress.
  • Ensure manufacturing activities adhere to agreed quality standards and documentation.
  • Conduct in-process quality assurance checks, including first-off inspection.
  • Report any operational or maintenance issues to the team leader.
  • Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve best results.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in setting and running Milling Machine.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings accurately.
  • Familiarity with CNC programs (ISO or conversational).
  • Competence in operating inspection and measuring equipment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability to changes.
