As a Senior Customer Account Controller/Team Lead at Owen Daniels Consultancy, you will play a critical role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to manage customer interactions, ensuring that all orders are processed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions to maintain high levels of satisfaction
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure that orders are processed quickly and accurately
  • Administer customer orders, schedules, amendments, and acknowledgements within the sales order systems
  • Communicate regularly with customers to keep them informed of order progress


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a similar role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team


Salary: £55,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a generous holiday allowance and opportunities for professional development.

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30am – 16:30pm, Friday 07:30am – 12:30pm.
