Job Summary:

Purple Sky Resourcing is seeking a highly skilled Junior Litigation Secretary/PA to join our team on a 12-month contract basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide administrative support to our Partners and Associates, ensuring the smooth operation of our litigation department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our Partners and Associates, including diary management, document preparation, and travel arrangements.
  • Coordinate billing and financial tasks, ensuring accurate and timely submissions.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients and other law firms.
  • Assist with the preparation of court documents and other legal materials.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with our team members and external partners.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding technical skills and attention to detail.
  • Good background in litigation and experience in a similar role.
