Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Manager to join our team at Haven, one of the UK's leading holiday brands.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in establishing secure, reliable, and fast connectivity across all of our 38 parks and head offices.

This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual with strong network architecture and support skills to lead a new team, drive the network roadmap, and strategy for the future.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Haven Network Team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Work with project teams to manage, optimize, and implement cutting-edge technology solutions.
  • Develop and drive the network strategy for the company, ensuring scalability for future requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and service providers for network hardware, software, and telecommunications services.
  • Provide technical expertise in support of the network, managed services, and network operations functions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with internet-based WAN technologies (e.g. SD WAN).
  • Industry certifications (e.g. CCNA, CCIE) beneficial.
  • Effective communication and influence with key stakeholders relative to network infrastructure and services.
  • Success in managing internal teams and 3rd parties to achieve performance, security, and cost from network services.
