About the Role
We are seeking an enthusiastic and caring Assistant Practitioner or Nursing Associate to join our District Nursing team in North Lincs. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the community, working closely with District Nurses, registered Community Nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Main Responsibilities
As a Community Band 4 Nurse, you will be responsible for providing unsupervised delegated nursing duties, developing and maintaining effective channels of communication with other professionals and agencies, and working within your scope of practice as governed by the NMC Code (2018) and NMC Standards of Proficiency (2018).
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Foundation Degree in health, evidence of further study or development, and at least 2 years' experience in the NHS. You will also need to hold a current driving license and be proficient in using a variety of software packages.
