Key Responsibilities

Your main purpose will be to support the sales team with administrative duties, including uploading property details, dealing with customer enquiries, and maintaining office expenditure within budgeted levels.

Requirements

  • Preferably experience as an Administrator/Secretary or similar role
  • Customer-focused and comfortable in a client-facing role
  • Resilient, positive, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Organized and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
  • Keen interest in learning and keeping up to date with industry changes
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
