HGV Class 1 Driver Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join our team on a temp to permanent basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely operating an HGV Class 1 vehicle, planning and following efficient routes for timely deliveries, and performing routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Safely operate an HGV Class 1 vehicle
  • Plan and follow efficient routes for timely deliveries
  • Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
Requirements:
  • Minimum 1 year HGV Class 1 experience
  • Full UK Driving licence with C+E / Full CPC and DIGI Tacho card
  • No DD, DR, or IN convictions on licence
