Job Summary

Portfolio Credit Control is seeking a highly skilled Property Service Charge Accountant to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing monthly and quarterly client reporting, client statements, cashflow and income expenditure, and budget vs actual analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and extended trial balances.
  2. Reconcile service charge accounts and prepare year-end reconciliations.
  3. Assist in the preparation of yearly service charge budgets and assist the Property Manager in reviewing and approving these budgets.
  4. Deal with client and audit queries, and provide ETB reconciliations as required.
  5. Issue S20B notifications where accounts cannot be met within 6 months after year-end.
  6. Assist with monthly bank reconciliations and deal with lessees, clients, and resident association member queries.
Requirements
  1. Extensive knowledge of Qube system.
