Job Summary:

We are currently seeking a Senior Practitioner to join our team at NonStop Social Care. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our foster carers and providing high-quality care to vulnerable children.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supporting foster carers and their families through regular visits and contact
  • Collaborating with the social work team to develop and implement effective support plans
  • Providing regular supervision and guidance to ensure the best possible outcomes for children

Requirements:

  • Registered Social Worker with HCPC
  • Proven experience working with children looked after and foster carers
