Gas-Elec Group is seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Compliance Team Coordinator to join our team at our Head Office in Walsham Le Willows.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing gas and electrical safety checks of key clients, ensuring compliance with Gas-elec processes. They will liaise with tenants and customers in a polite and professional manner, reporting directly to the Client Services Manager.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to work in a small but pivotal team that manages some of our key clients' workflow. The main focus of this role is to maintain a bespoke database, assist in scheduling work, answer client telephone calls and email enquiries, and up-sell products after initial training.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering client telephone calls and responding to email enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Updating the CRM and converting information into Excel spreadsheets
  • Scheduling appointments for inspections and upselling where possible
  • Monitoring the progress of cases and checking timeframes of work already scheduled to ensure compliance
  • Reacting to inbound calls and performing any other duties as reasonably requested by your line manager

Requirements:

  • Computer literacy and experience working with Excel and database packages
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure effective liaison with tenants and customers
  • High level of organization and accuracy to ensure all tasks are completed successfully
  • Flexibility to deal with shifting priorities and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and use initiative when required
  • Experience of working to targets and KPIs would be advantageous

Salary: £22,800 per annum (negotiable based on experience)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:30 with a 1-hour unpaid lunch break

Holiday Entitlement: 28 days including bank holidays, rising to 30 after 1 year's employment

Location: In person at our Head Office in Walsham Le Willows
