Lettings Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Lettings Manager to join our team in Rugby. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Manager or an experienced Estate Agent looking to progress and take on a Lettings Management role. Our branch offers a supportive environment and a chance to excel as a manager with a dedicated Area Manager and team.

Key Responsibilities

Running a profitable and well-organised office, providing an effective and professional lettings service to landlords and tenants. Leading by example and delegating tasks to exceed performance standards and targets. Motivating your team and new recruits, ensuring they receive the necessary training and support to succeed in their careers.

Requirements
  • Lettings Manager, Branch Manager, Assistant Manager or a Senior Lettings Negotiator, Senior Sales Negotiator, Estate Agent, Lister, Valuer looking to progress
  • Able to generate new business in a target driven environment
  • IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
  • A Full UK driving licence
