Procurement Content Enablement Specialist

Location – Global.

Remote Work.

At Lonza, we are looking for a talented P2P Content Enablement Specialist to join our fantastic team in our Shared Service Centre. The position of P2P Content Enablement Specialist is a regional role, reporting into Procurement Content Advisory Manager.

As a P2P Content Enablement Specialist, you will act as a support team member within a strategic environment collaborating closely with Lonza's Sourcing (Category Manager & Strat. Buyer), Supply Chain (Op. Buyer) and Order Management (Op. Buyers) teams.

The P2P Content Enablement Specialist ensures compliant and pro-active execution of Content Management Processes and supports Procurement Content Advisory Manager to identifies continuous improvement opportunities in Lonza's Ariba and SAP ERP system.

The P2P Content Enablement Specialist is part of a regional network of it's like and demonstrates a high customer service focused, team player mindset and shows the ability to adapt quickly in a fast changing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a Support Function to Operational & Strategic Procurement
  • Capture Procurement data generated by the procurement functions (Central & Site procurement teams) in a consistent manner
  • Create and maintain Procurement master Data for new and existing materials in SAP ERP
  • Establish and maintain supply agreements in SAP ERP
  • Ensure PO pricing and payment terms remain accurate when terms change
  • Support content analytics evaluation in collaboration with Procurement Content Advisory Manager and Strategic Buyer
  • Execute and monitor activities related to Procurement Data Strategy
  • Support Supplier Onboarding/Enabling in Ariba, Catalog Creation and Technical troubleshooting in Ariba
  • Provide Training to Procurement Teams
  • Support enhancement on Support System and Tools (ServiceNow)

Key Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of experience in P2P, or Master Data in a Shared Service Environment.
  • Hands on experience in SAP Ariba 'Supplier Enablement & Onboarding' methodology & Guided Buying Set up.
  • Strong experience of using Microsoft Office (in particular MS Excel)
  • Experience of implementing process compliance and continuous improvements.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related areas will be desired.
  • Support Tools (eg. ServiceNow)
  • Willingness to raise questions and escalate concerns then work with stakeholders to resolve
  • Communicative, flexible, hard-working, open-minded personality and being a team player
  • Effective prioritization, time management and appropriate attention to detail
  • German language will be nice to have.
