About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Practice Nurse to join our team at Operose Health. As a key member of our primary care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the registered manager in maintaining compliance with CQC outcomes and working collaboratively with the general practice team to meet patient needs.
- Provide care for presenting patients, including treatment, chronic disease management, and evaluation of care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of practice policies and procedures.
What We Offer
- Annual salary of up to £48,000 depending on qualifications and experience.
- 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays pro rata.
- 1 week paid CPD/study leave pro rata per year, as well as in-house CPD training sessions tailored to meet your needs.

Person Specification
- UK registered nurse with significant post-registration experience.
