Role Overview

As a software integration engineer, you will play a vital role in bridging cutting-edge third-party software and systems to our world-class driver-in-the-loop simulators, ensuring seamless operation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain our company philosophy of modularly connecting to any product based on customer requirements.
  • Define how systems interact in customer projects, each bespoke and utilising the latest technology.
  • Tailor connections between software and hardware components used in an automotive context.
  • This role may involve international travel to customer installations to maintain our systems.

Requirements

  • Understand software requirements of real-time systems, such as Concurrent, National Instruments, dSPACE, and integrate them efficiently.
  • Work with complex systems, like HIL or simulation software, to high standards in a methodical and repeatable manner.
  • Experience in using MATLAB/Simulink for systems integration.
  • A fast and critical thinker, motivated by finding solutions to problems.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
