About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our in-house team as a Visual Experience Designer. This role will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging visual experiences across our digital channels and events.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of design principles and best practices, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. They will be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and able to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design visually appealing and engaging content for digital channels, including websites, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and strategies that align with our brand goals and objectives.
  • Create print-ready materials, such as business cards, brochures, and posters.
  • Develop and maintain our visual identity, including logos, color palettes, and typography.
  • Maintain our brand style guide and ensure consistency across all touchpoints.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a related field such as advertising or marketing.
  • A degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
