As a Review Officer, you will be responsible for reviewing statutory Housing Act 1996 Part VI and VII applications, as well as reviewing requests for additional priority within the Council's Allocations policy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reviewing statutory Housing Act 1996 Part VI and VII applications
  • Reviewing requests for additional priority within the Council's Allocations policy
  • Providing advice and championing best practice for teams across the Council
  • Supporting the training programme and ensuring that all processes and decisions comply with legislation, case law, and national and local policy and procedures
