Job Title: QA/ETL Test Engineer

Location: Boston/Quincy

Working Mode: 3 days work from client office

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer to join our team at Tech3pillars Technologies. As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop ETL processes using Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
  • Develop and maintain complex Spark queries for HDFS and Parquet files validation.
  • Work with backend and frontend enterprise applications.
  • Develop and maintain SQL and PL/SQL scripts using Oracle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Develop and maintain Tableau and report testing scripts.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in ETL/Big Data testing using Hadoop, Spark, and Hive.
  • Hands-on experience with Spark, Hadoop, and Hive.
  • Strong understanding of data processing and storage technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Agile development methodologies.
  • Knowledge of Web UI testing and workflows.
  • Experience with Tableau and report testing.
  • AML/Financial crime knowledge.
  • Python automation knowledge.
  • Databricks hands-on knowledge.
