Job Title: Executive Culinary Director

We are seeking an experienced Executive Culinary Director to lead our kitchen operations in Slough. This is a permanent contract opportunity with a renowned contract caterer.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing kitchen operations, training junior staff, and creating high-quality food products. Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing stock levels and ensuring efficient kitchen operations
  • Training and mentoring junior staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Ensuring the production of high-quality food products that meet customer expectations
  • Supporting back office functions to drive business growth
