About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated 1:1 Learning Support Assistant to join our supportive school community in Havering. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with teachers and other professionals to provide targeted support to students with SEND.

Key Skills and Qualifications
  • 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university.
  • Strong academic background, including A Levels and GCSEs to support the curriculum.
  • Prior experience in child-based settings and confidence working with behaviour requirements and SEND.
