About Our Team
Gallagher is a dynamic company seeking an experienced INSURANCE TEAM SUPERVISOR to lead a team of 11 Corporate Account Managers.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide leadership and support for the team, managing workload and allocating tasks.
- Deliver high-quality services to clients, focusing on timely resolution of issues and client satisfaction.
- Champion data integrity, ensuring accurate entry of details into broking platforms.
- Act as the main escalation point for the team, providing guidance and support on issue resolution.
- Team Leader experience within corporate insurance, preferably with the CII qualification.
- Educated to GCSE standard or equivalent, with knowledge of the commercial insurance industry.
- Prior experience in the insurance industry, having worked to targets within a regulated framework.
- A competitive salary of approximately £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
- A minimum of 25 days holiday, plus bank holidays, and the option to 'buy' extra days.
- A defined contribution pension scheme, with employer contributions.
