Your Role

We are seeking a motivated and driven Business Development Representative to kickstart your career in sales. As part of our team, you will be responsible for expanding our customer base and developing our sales pipelines.

You will independently identify suitable opportunities via LinkedIn, social media, and other channels and utilise various sales methods to qualify leads and book them in for demos, meetings, and further qualifying calls with our Senior Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • You will make initial contact with key decision-makers based on our ideal client profile.
  • You will actively approach potential new customers, both by phone and through other channels, to develop business relationships.
  • You will support our account managers in acquiring new customers.
  • You will maintain accurate records of lead and prospect status in our CRM system.
  • You will employ a multi-channel approach to initiate new business conversations.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must be driven to grow and deal with change. You should be self-motivated, resilient, and able to handle rejection. Previous sales experience is desirable, but not essential.

Salary & Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including:

  • A starting salary of approximately £32,500 per annum.
