- Participate in team meetings, supervision sessions, and training, contributing to the ongoing development of the team.
- Support operational team leaders with additional tasks as required.
- Adhere to all organisational policies and procedures.
- Experience in providing advocacy support, ideally within the VAWG or stalking sector.
- Knowledge of stalking legislation and an understanding of safety planning and risk assessments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage a diverse caseload.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of confidentiality and professional boundaries.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
