We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our matchday hospitality team at Colchester United Football Club. As a matchday hospitality staff member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring a memorable experience for all.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a warm and welcoming atmosphere to all guests
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
  • Deal with customer requests and queries in a professional and courteous manner

  • Attend mandatory and other training as required
