Salary and Benefits: As an Automotive Coating Specialist at our client, you can expect a salary of £45,000 per annum, making it one of the highest-paying jobs in the industry. Additionally, you will receive a £5,000 joining bonus, spread over your first 12 months of employment.

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Automotive Coating Specialist to join our busy body shop in Gloucester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for applying high-quality coatings to vehicles, ensuring a flawless finish that meets the highest standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Paint Sprayer or equivalent
  • Able to work to a high standard with up-to-date knowledge of the latest vehicle repair techniques
  • NVQ Level 3 in Painting and Decorating or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Working Hours and Environment: Our client operates a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on shift patterns. You will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where no two days are the same.
