Responsive Repairs Contract Manager

We're seeking a skilled and experienced Contracts Manager to lead our client's responsive repairs contract in Oxford/Swindon. In this role, you'll oversee engineers on site, review service delivery, and ensure compliance with health and safety and quality standards. To succeed, you'll need experience in managing repairs services, preferably in domestic housing maintenance, and a strong understanding of plumbing, heating, and gas systems. Excellent health and safety experience and people management skills are also essential. If you're passionate about delivering high-quality results and have a customer-centric approach, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. Estimated salary: £50,000 - £65,000 per year.
