Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Lead to join our team at RVU Co UK in Fleet. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the management accounts of Tempcover, including producing monthly divisional reporting packs and commentary.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Chartered Accountant (ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) and possess advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in Vlookup, conditional formatting, pivot tables, filters, and charts.

A salary of approximately £60,000 per annum is offered, with a 10% discretionary yearly bonus and yearly pay reviews based on RVU and personal performance. Additionally, you can enjoy a hybrid working approach with 2 in-office days per week and up to 22 working days per year to work from anywhere.

  • A fully qualified Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years' PQE.
