Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a talented and ambitious Finance Lawyer to join our Structured Finance and Derivatives team in London. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in advising clients on a wide range of finance transactions, including structured debt, CLOs, derivatives, and securitisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and review of finance documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and other transactional documents.
  • Conduct due diligence on clients and their transactions, identifying potential risks and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement strategies for clients' finance transactions.
  • Provide excellent client service, ensuring that clients' needs are met and exceeded.

Requirements:

  • Excellent academic record, including a strong degree in law.
  • Proven track record of success in a finance or law-related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
