About the Role
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Brandon Trust, providing care and support to individuals in our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Empower individuals to live independently and make their own decisions
- Develop daily living skills and support individuals to access their communities
- Contribute to and implement individual care plans
- Communicate effectively with individuals, their families, and external professionals
- Maintain the health and well-being of individuals in our care
Requirements
- Hold a full manual driving licence (preferable)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and patient approach
- Resilience and ability to work with diverse individuals
- Ability to work as part of a team
