Our client, a dynamic and growing organization, is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join their finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of monthly management accounts.
Key Responsibilities:- Production of subsidiary and departmental management accounts, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow.
- Maintenance of balance sheet control accounts and development of process improvements.
- Month-end journals, prepayments, and accruals, stock, deferred revenue, intercompany accounts, and incorporation of third-party financial reports into the company's accounts in Sage.
- Petty cash delivery and various ad-hoc reports and tasks as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Data management and advanced Excel skills.
- Initiative and follow-through.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate in any format and work within a matrix organization to influence and aid the understanding of clients and business partners.
- Flexibility to thrive in a constantly changing environment, balancing the needs of all stakeholders.
- Hybrid working arrangement.
- Onsite parking available.
