About the Role

Healthxchange is a leading supplier of aesthetic medical products and devices to medical professionals within the UK.

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Customer Services Executive to deliver personalized service to our most valuable customers, ensuring a smooth order experience and exceeding customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a customer champion, delivering an excellent customer experience and supporting customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Take ownership of customer queries, working with internal stakeholders to investigate and provide a full resolution while balancing commercial needs.
  • Bullet bullet Build strong relationships with key customers through personalized experiences and understanding their business and patient needs.
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met and work closely with the Quality team to support regulatory needs.
Requirements
  1. Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  2. A good understanding of commercial requirements and business needs.
  3. Strong organizational skills, excellent email writing, and communication abilities.
  4. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, self-motivated, and adaptable.
Skills and Qualifications
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • CRM (Salesforce) and Intact IQ preferred.
